Situated in a traditional stone building, this holiday home is located near the Hotel Britannia Excelsior, the Grand Hotel Cadenabbia and just 100 metres from the Lido di Cadenabbia.Glicine is situated on the first floor, below another equally comfortable apartment and comprises a spacious, luminous living room with country kitchen area and a sitting area with flat screen satellite T.V., ACER desk top computer with free broad band wireless internet access. The room contains a magnificent hand-painted Palladium majolica pellet stove to make guests’ winter stays cosy and romantic, and opens onto a terrace furnished with a table for lunches with a view of the lake towards Villa Melzi in Bellagio.Glicine House has two bedrooms leading off the entrance hall where the walls are decorated with geometric patterns in an antique red.

From January 8 to April 16 , the weekly rental price is 590 euro ,all inclusive (towels and bed linen, water and electricity, speed and free internet access with Acer Desktop, air conditioning in the bedrooms , private park and final cleaning service).

From April 17 to June 25 ,the weekly rental price is 660 euro , all inclusive.
From June 25 to September 4 ,the weekly rental price is 795 euro,all inclusive.

From September 4 to October 29 , the weekly rental price is 660 euro, all inclusive ( also the pellet bags for the stove).

From October 29 to December 17 , the weekly rental price is 590 euro ,all inclusive.

From December 17 to January 9 (Christmas time) , the rental price is 795 ,all inclusive.
